Things aren't going so well for me at the moment. My rattie, Yellow, is very sick and can hardly walk now. Also, my adopted rattie, Milly, who I only had for around four months, passed away in the night the night before last. She had to go under anaesthetic to have her teeth trimmed, but two nights afterwards the shock must have gotten to her. She was very old, but she was the cutest little rattie I ever owned. If there is a god then I have definitely done something to offend him.

I watched a large spider catch a bluebottle in its fangs this morning.



I try not to ever look for trouble, but there's someone bugging me on deviantART at the moment. They're like my shadow or something. This will only sound petty, but I need to get it off my chest. Has anyone else here known somebody who likes exactly the same fandoms as you, likes exactly the same characters as you, draws ten times worse than you, but still gets over ten times the amount of favourites as you? I used to watch this person because they did draw my favourite characters all the time, ones from obscure fandoms too, it was spooky. I'd begin re-watching Invader Zim, they'd draw Invader Zim; I'd search dA for X-Men Evolution, they'd draw Toad; etc.
They also have a serious Marty-Stu/Mary-Sue problem.
They get buckets of favourites for things they haven't even drawn.
They're pretty than me.
I'm jealous. Super jealous. And I've never been in this position before.
I know ranting doesn't solve the problem but it certainly makes me feel better.

I just know I'm going to look back at this journal and be so embarrassed.
